Responsibilities
-Contact trainer and line managers to determine the location, time, facilities and training.
-Making training program and send to training manager of approval and sent to all departments concerned.
-To assist HR Manager in developing the HR policies and strategies in order to ensure the provision of a professional HR service to the organization.
-Provide active support in the selection of Recruitment agencies which meet the corporate standard.
Requirements
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
-At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the Hospitality Industry is required for this position.
-Should be able to work with minimum or no supervision.
Must possess excellent communication skills.
