Adexen is looking for a Human Resource Generalist for an international Marine offshore Oil & Gas company.
Job Title: Human Resource Generalist
Location: Portharcourt
Responsibilities
-To assist the DHRM with all HR functions.
-To be reporting to the deputy Human Resources Manager.
-To assist with general recruitment
-To assist with training and career development
-To monitor Employee file management
-To assist with staff discipline management
-To assist with performance management
-To assist with HR strategy development and implementation
-To carry out any other duties as directed by the HR MANAGER/DHRM
Requirements
-A graduate with Social Science degree
-The ideal candidate should be male or female, between the ages of 25 – 35 years preferably
-Must be an indigene of Rivers State
-Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Human Resource generalist preferably in the marine industry or Oil and Gas
-Creative and Innovative
-Team oriented and outgoing
-Ability to work with little or no supervision
