POSITION – Company Financial Accountant - Abuja  
We are currently looking to employ a bright, vivacious, and innovative individual to join our team as the Company Financial Accountant.  This role is based in Abuja and will report directly to the ED, Finance & Strategy, and will require commercial awareness, attention to detail, strong business ethics and a flexible approach to work & office hours.  
Some cyclical duties will include preparing management reports and weekly & monthly reports for the unit; execution of financial transactions and records; updating of accounts software, monitoring activities within the unit. The Financial accountant is also involved in pricing; project costing; commissions setup & calculations; vendor payment plans; and acts as the primary account manager and 2nd line escalations officer within the unit.   

Qualifications and personality traits we will be looking out for: 
  • ·         Good First degree in Accounting & further professional certifications (ICAN or ACA)
  • ·         Knowledge of current laws and practices regarding taxes, vat, payee, and pension
  • ·         Awareness and ability to demonstrate the importance of ethics & codes of conduct in the workplace
  • ·         Ability to demonstrate capacity to drive, amend, and create accounting & or financial processes & procedures
  • ·         Ability to achieve daily targets while attending to impromptu activities that may occur
  • ·         Capacity to withstand pressure with practical examples from past experience
  • ·         1-3 years work experience in a similar capacity within a medium size firm.
  • ·         Considerable knowledge of purchasing, importation, vendor and inventory management is required
  • ·         Excellent written and verbal communicator.
  • ·         Computer literate with experience in using Quick books
  • ·         Assertive & firm personality & a person who pays attention to detail

POSITION – Connectivity Sales – Lagos


We are looking for a young, energetic, detail orientated, proactive, and customer focused person with the ability to prioritize work, liaise with team members, and work as an individual to achieve set targets and goals. The person will report directly to the Chief Marketing Office and Team Lead, Connectivity Sales. Typical job duties will include: up selling to current customers, marketing to prospects, and creating brand awareness of solutions & services on offer within the unit. The ability to take ownership at work is crucial as the candidate will act as account manager for all connectivity sales leads & customers.  The Ideal candidate will have 1-3 years post NYSC Work experience, and having a first degree in Computer/Electronics/ Communications Engineering, Marketing or Communication would be an advantage. Candidate must also have worked in a similar capacity in an IT or Telecom firm. The capacity to demonstrate strong business communication & writing skills is a must and will be tested during the selection stage. 

  

JOB DUTIES  
 


  • ·         Develop and aggressively grow sales in designated geography through prospecting, cold calls and relationship development.


  • ·         Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers through effective account management and service.


  • ·         Up selling new products and services to current customer base.


  • ·         Maintain a high level of customer relationship management through training and customer support.


  • ·         Ensure current customer satisfaction & Loyalty by responding quickly and accurately to problems & concerns.


  • ·         Leverage on new and old customer relationships to maximize revenue opportunities.


  • ·         Manage and interpret the customer(s) requirement(s)


  • ·         Calculate client quotations


  • ·         Negotiate tender and contract terms to meet both client and company needs


  • ·         Negotiate and close sales while sticking to SOPs regarding closing accounts and handing over to customer relations and billings units


  • ·         Administer client accounts


  • ·         Prepare relevant reports as and when required


  • ·         Record and maintain client contact & data
